Her proficiency in originating and underwriting commercial loans with regional banks, insurance companies and investment banking firms has earned her recognition within the industry. Highly regarded by both her clients and lending sources, Kathy serves on the Board at Regal Bank, headquartered in Livingston, NJ, has been retained as an expert legal witness in commercial real estate litigation and is a featured speaker at industry conferences.

Brad Domenico

Brad’s background, experience and understanding of the full capital stack allows him to suggest the best financing structure which often includes senior debt, mezzanine and JV equity. Brad is well versed in credit underwriting and construction financing which has provided his clients maximize leveraged borrowing. Formerly with Neuberger Berman, Brad was an integral part of an investment team with a portfolio of $1.5 billion in assets. Brad is a graduate of Rider University and a Division I Athlete.

Abe Mann

Abe attended Seton Hall University, where he graduated with an MBA in Finance. With an expertise throughout the capital markets, he has successfully negotiated and secured various forms of financing including permanent and construction loans, mezzanine financing, preferred equity and bridge loans. Abe has strong experience working with multifamily and all commercial property types throughout the United States. His knowledge and experience in both underwriting and negotiating positions him as an expert in commercial real estate financing in order to advise, originate and close transactions on behalf of high net worth individuals.

His experience as a President, Owner, Partner and Loan Originator for well-established mortgage companies has earned him an unrivaled network of lender relationships and equipped him with the necessary skills to underwrite, negotiate and secure CRE loans. Rich is well versed in all aspects of the commercial real estate financing sector and continues to expand his client portfolio by structuring loan terms and financial solution options at the best rate available for his clients. He is a long-time member of the Mortgage Brokers Association and the Realtors Association.

Frank Stanislaski

Frank’s accounting degree and previous work experience has equipped him with the necessary understanding to provide credit underwriting for all facets of loan requests. His experience as a credit analyst specializing in underwriting commercial loans has gained him extensive knowledge in credit underwriting standards. Frank concentrates on performing a detailed analysis of each loan request to determine the best structure for our clients. He is also responsible for obtaining client information to secure financing as well as working directly with all parties involved in the loan closing.

He works closely and assists the loan officers and all parties involved in the financing process to source and close the loan swiftly and efficiently.

Gabby Cali

Her background in wealth creation, investment strategy and knowledge of the commercial real estate industry enables her to support the team of loan officers. She is also conversationally proficient in Mandarin, Chinese and Spanish.

Kimberly is also an established soccer trainer in Middletown, NJ where she provides personal and team training for players ages 7-14.
