Caillin’s background and experience in CRE Sales, Sale-Leaseback Transactions, 1031 Exchanges and Portfolio Management enables him to support the loan officers throughout each phase of the loan process. He works closely with all parties involved and is proficient in providing pertinent data while developing solid financial models to support valuation, planning and forecasting potential credit risks. Caillin graduated from Providence College School of Business with an MBA in Finance.
