Gabby’s background in wealth creation, investment strategy and knowledge of the commercial real estate industry enables her to identify the best debt structure for clients, follow through on all steps of the underwriting process and provide solutions for all types of financing requests. Her experience helps her to advise, originate and close transactions on behalf of high-net-worth individuals. She graduated from the dean’s list at Virginia Tech with a degree in Finance and Real Estate. She is also conversationally proficient in Mandarin, Chinese and Spanish.
