Eddie’s background in evaluating and purchasing investment properties, coupled with his experience in lease and asset management, enable him to support the loan officers in all facets relating to the credit analysis and underwriting process. He identifies the best debt structure by performing comprehensive analysis of the underlying credit to ensure that the client receives the most favorable options available. Eddie graduated from Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business with a degree in Finance.
