David is well-versed in all aspects of the commercial real estate sector and is proficient in providing solutions for all types of financing requests. His extensive experience in working with all commercial property types combined with his proficiency in underwriting and negotiating, positions him as an expert in CRE financing in order to advise, originate and close transactions on behalf of high net worth individuals.
