What do you do now and what are you planning for the future?:
I currently work at Progress Capital (a commercial real estate advisory firm) as a Commercial Mortgage Broker, where I assist my clients in obtaining the most favorable financing options and terms available. My plan for the future is to establish a $100 million real estate portfolio.

Own a building on Fifth Ave in New York City and go skydiving.

Rules to live by in business:
My rulebook is simple – Be honest, transparent and always put clients first. I make every effort to secure the best deal available for my clients, while trying to provide them with an overall good experience throughout the entire process. It’s important for me to have my clients recognize that I’m committed in doing the right thing on their behalf, whether it results in business or not.
What is your DREAM job? (NOT your current job):
I have to say that being a luxury real estate developer in Bel Air or Beverly Hills, CA would be the “dream job” for me.
John’s experience in evaluating, purchasing and reselling investment properties on behalf of his clients, combined with his proficiency in underwriting and negotiating positions him as a specialist in commercial real estate financing. He is able to use this experience in order to advise, originate and close transactions on behalf of high net worth individuals. John graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a minor in Computer Information Systems.
