BRIAN ANDERSON
One thing on my bucket list:
As an avid golfer, playing Augusta National is at the top of my bucket list.
When I am not working, I am:
Either spending time with my family and making memories with my 15-month old son, Charlie, playing golf or fishing.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?:
My most notable transaction took place in January of this year, when I closed a loan that was purchased through TenX. The property is in Southern, NJ and had considerable environmental concerns. In the end, I arranged a loan for my client at a 4.85% rate and managed to close within the 60-day TOE closing time frame imposed by TenX. Coming through for my client is what’s important to me.
What makes this nominee a RISING STAR?:
“Brian Anderson is focused on making a positive impact within the CRE mortgage industry which includes advising his clients on how to successfully navigate the lending process. Brian sets a high standard for himself as it relates to honesty, patience and advocating 100% for his clients. This work ethic has produced significant results within a short period, earning him recognition as a trusted commercial loan advisor who knows how to get his clients to the closing table.” – Brad Domenico
JOHN LIBRETTI
One thing on my bucket list:
My goal is to own several luxury homes in resort destinations that I can rent for the majority of the year and also use as a vacation home when I want.
When I am not working, I am:
Either at the gym, getting together with friends and family or traveling to meet new people to explore opportunities for personal and professional growth.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?:
Last month, I closed my most challenging loan. My client was under contract to purchase a $25,000,000 penthouse in the UES and was being penalized almost $10,000 daily for being past his contractual closing date. Within 15 days of getting the assignment, I closed a $16,200,000 loan with a local bank and with an attractive 7-year fixed rate.
What makes this nominee a RISING STAR?:
“John Libretti has the right mix of drive and persistence for success. John understands the value of networking, which creates new relationships. He is really good at finding creative solutions to difficult financing situations. Matching borrowers and lenders today is tricky, but John never quits until he finds his clients an acceptable option. John is frequently mentioned in industry related publications.” – Kathy Anderson
