$4.3 Million Bridge Loan Secured for Turnersville, NJ Land Predevelopment

Brian Anderson arranged a $4,300,000 bridge loan for land redevelopment located at 147 Johnson Road in Turnersville, NJ.

The loan will be used to kickoff predevelopment construction for a proposed three story senior housing project to consist of 204-units, 221-beds (95 independent living units, 78 assisted living beds and 48 memory care beds) with 186 parking spaces.
