It’s kick-off time for the 9.70-acre vacant lot sitting at 3324 Bargaintown Road, Egg Harbor Twp, NJ, as the site will undergo a two-stage construction project for the development of a 43,050 square foot Elite Sports Center.
On behalf of the client, Brian Anderson and Eddie Miro of Progress Capital negotiated with TD Bank and secured a $4,362,000 construction loan accompanied by favorable terms.
Elite Sports Complex, the site to-be-built features a four-season indoor athletic facility that offers a wide range of sports and other fitness activities, along with other amenities.
