By spring of this year, the city of Foristell in Warren County, MO will have another option for nearby shopping, as a new 10,542 SF Dollar General facility is slated to be built at 5 Highway T.

Will McKenna of Progress Capital secured a $1,038,000 construction loan with The Missouri Bank, who provided loan financing accompanied by favorable terms, including 100% LTC on the construction of the facility.

The site is located in the city of Foristell, a fast-growing community of Warrant County, MO.  The new Dollar General will not only cater to local residents, but many travelers along Interstate 70.
