Deals & Dollars: CRE Networking Series
On March 2nd, 2023 Progress along with Leverage Companies and Kelly Title Group hosted Deals & Dollars, an invite-only premiere real estate networking event in Jersey City, New Jersey.
The event sold out 3 times (with expanded tickets being released twice), to host a final count of over 350 of the Tri-State area’s most prestigious real estate professionals.
“We wanted to throw the anti-networking networking event. Every event I’d ever been to had something wrong with it: wasn’t the right place, wasn’t the right time, wasn’t the right people. So we put on an event that we wish we were invited to. It turns out a lot of people felt the same way. Over 350 of the area’s most influential commercial real estate professionals made it an unbelievable success,” said Eric Panecki, Managing Partner of Leverage Companies and one of the founders of Deals & Dollars.
Held at the luxury event space within 3 Acres, located at 400 Claremont Avenue in Jersey City, the event also featured a full wait staff, DJ, live violinist, two open bars, full catering, and a magician.
“The energy in the room was electric,” said Kathy Anderson. “The takeaway from Deals & Dollars is that people are eager to collaborate with their peers { alt. the right professionals} in a fun relaxed atmosphere. We were very intentional about making this event exactly that.”
