Brian Anderson of Progress Capital secured $12,000,000 in refinancing for a borrower’s multifamily portfolio totaling 344 units located throughout various locations in North and South Carolina.

Wells Fargo provided financing for all three loans accompanied by favorable terms including an interest rate of 3.25% fixed for 7 years.
