Progress Capital Arranges $8,650,000 in Total Financing for Mountainside Industrial Building
Kathy Anderson secured a $3,750,000 in refinancing for the owner-occupied property located at 152 Glen Road in Mountainside, NJ. Progress Capital also arranged a $4,900,000 self-liquidating loan and line of credit for the borrower some years ago, which was used to refinance the outstanding balance of the original acquisition mortgage loan on the building. A portion of the funds were also used to buy-out the interest of a third partner.
