In a recent transaction, PROGRESS CAPITAL secured $9,000,000 in CRE refinancing for a 36,800 SQFT industrial property located at 122 Bruckner Blvd., Bronx, NY.
Progress Capital’s Brad Domenico and Frank Stanislaski worked on behalf of the borrower to secure a 3-year fixed-rate loan with favorable terms including 3-years I/O, which was provided by Lakeland Bank.
122 Bruckner Blvd. is an industrial/warehouse property with a strong tenant base located near the Harlem River Waterfront. The building strategically situated in the Bruckner Blvd. corridor, primarily characterized by mixed commercial, residential and industrial use.
