Situated on 10 acres, the property was developed in 1975 and recently acquired by the current owners. They approached Abe to refinance their current debt which provided an uncompetitive interest rate via a private note. Abe was successful in securing a rate of 4.10% fixed for 10 Years, with an Interest Only period and 30-year amortization thereafter.
