Brooklyn, NY Brad Domenico secured $2.2 Million in financing for two properties located in Brooklyn, New York.

The first property is a mixed use 6,868 SF building located at 1245 Halsey Street, Brooklyn, NY.  This 4-story walk-up building is made up of 7 residential units and 1 retail storefront. The residences have been recently renovated to include new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, generous counter and cabinet space, plus washer and dryer.

The second property is a 5,832 SF three story multifamily building located at 515 Wilson Ave, Brooklyn, NY. The recently renovated apartment building contains 6 units featuring gorgeous hardwood floors, high ceilings, washer & dryer, stainless steel appliances and a large, private backyard.

Both properties are within walking distance of the L Train and J/Z line (New York City Subway).  Nearby parks include Irving Square Park, Saratoga Park, a Dog Park and Skate Park.
