Kathy Anderson’s Founder of Progress Capital Advisors arranged $171,000,000 in financing for the Trump Plaza Residence building in Jersey City. The site was improved with three adjoining residential buildings containing a total of 445 condominium units, built on top of a 2 level parking garage and street level retail space.

The project offers over 41,000 sf of extravagant lifestyle amenities that include indoor/outdoor pool, state of the art fitness center and spa, 24 hour doorman and full time concierge. This 55 story luxury building is located two blocks from the Hudson River waterfront and offers views of the Manhattan skyline and Statue of Liberty.
