$1.1 Million Refinancing Loan Arranged for Office Center in Texas

John Libretti of Progress Capital secured a $1,100,000 loan for his client to refinance an office/retail strip center located at 2206 & 2208 W. Park Row., Pantego, TX.

John worked with Third Coast Bank, who provided the loan proceeds accompanied by favorable terms.

The 23,040 SF property is comprised of two, 1-story buildings consisting of 10-units in total.  The owner occupies one of the units, while the rest remain leased to a mixture of medical/office and retail tenants.  The strip center is located on the busy Park Row Drive of Tarrant County in the heart of Arlington, TX.
