Progress arranged a $35 Million Credit Facility for Workstage-Connecticut, LLC to develop a two-story, Class A office building.  The property is 305,000 sf and is surrounded by protected wetlands and is adjacent to a public park and ride area with commuter access for employees to take public transportation.  This high performance building was structured with state-of-the-art systems and movable panels for office reconfiguration and is pre-leased to WellPoint and Steelcase, Inc.
