Progress Capital arranged a loan for Twin Lights Holdings, LLC which owns the property that is tenanted by the Atlantic Club in Red Bank, NJ. Progress arranged a 25 year term loan based on a 25 year amortization. The rate was fixed for the first 10 years and then reset for the succeeding 10 and 5 years thereafter. The prepayment penalty was negotiated to 3%-2%-1%-0%.
