The Borrower is a seasoned real estate investor, builder and developer with extensive experience in both the single-family and multi-family market sector.
 
David arranged the following:
 

    1. $4.1 Million loan providing a $2.9 Million Cash Out to the Borrower
    2. 4% fixed for 10 years
    3. 25 Year Term / 30 Year Amortization
