The property is comprised of three (3) adjacent brick walk-up apartment buildings with a total of (48) residential units with a net rental area totaling approximately 37,200 SF. The apartments feature spacious floor plans, updated kitchens and appliances, hardwood floors and ample closet space. The property also offers a courtyard area in the center of the three buildings and features a large on-site parking lot with (48) spaces available for tenants.
