$9M Construction to Perm Loan for Mixed-Use Building


Progress Capital | The Funding Source arranged a construction loan for the development of a 4-story mixed-use building comprised of 44 apartments and 20,000 SF of retail and professional space. The loan was arranged by Kathy Anderson who structured a 12 month construction period followed by a permanent conversion option.
