The four-story apartment complex consists of 17 residential units and is located in the McGinley Square neighborhood of the West Side Hudson area. The property is close to many coffee shops and restaurants, along with various colleges, parks and recreation.  Public transportation and Newark Liberty International Airport are also in close proximity.
